Beautiful Disaster

HI EVERYONE!! I'M BACK FROM M'SIA!!!! haha. But i guess u've got to bid goodbye to me very soon..again. Coz i'm going to..KOREA!!! eh..which is tmr :D

I went to malacca to visit my relatives..though it was a short trip..just 2 days 1 night kinda thing..i went to quite a lot of places..well, most of the time in my car...and @ the hotel which i stayed in...pretty cool..3 star hotel with 5 star hotel facilites...unheard of..right?

WEll, after passing by all those houses on the roads..i realised that it's really a good thing that i'm living in S'pore right now..coz i bet nobody would wanna live there..among the dilapidated houses and slums..esp. when all the roads are like dirty and full of rocks...the living conditions there are really really different from S'pore's. So ppl, u shld learn to count ur blessings (:

hmm..didn't really take any pics..though i took some with my dad's phone..but it isn't clear..so i guess i shldn't show it on my blog then :D

Anw, yesterday i went for peranakan food...that was my lunch...ate until real full...so after lunch then i checked into the hotel...and lazed for a while b4 gg to visit one of my relatives...then after tt..went for dinner.. ( by the time i reached there it was like 1 plus in the aft..) But lookin for the place was a prob. The char kway teow store tt we used to patronised wasn't there anymore..so we had to call my "gu gu' and ask her if there're any other places where we can eat char kway teow..so..my dad had to drive to another place in order to buy it..and at that time it was like raining cats and dogs..plus there wasn't any shelter at all..so we had to use umbrellas.. ): But it was worth getting all the way there..coz the char kway teow smelled really heavenly...and it was really fragrant..so that was my dinner.

After getting my dinner..we went to my "ah ma" and "gu gu's " place to visit them. After which..we headed back to the hotel..and washed up..and then..i slept :D

The next day when i woke up..it was like..10 plus.. so..didn't have breakfast..but my hunger pangs were compensated with my "gu gu's " cooking...she whipped up quite a lot of dishes for lunch..so i had my fill...ate to my heart's content.. SHe cooked 2 dishes of veggie..her own style of cooking..one HUGE bowl of assam fish with lady's finger and eggplant...one whole chicken...sambal prawn...sambal fish which tastes heavenly!!! and toufu bought from outside (: HAHA..really enjoyed my lunch thoroughly..my fav. was sambal prawns..and managed to bring back some.. hehe :D

Kae..that was abt my whole trip to Malacca..if u visit malacca one day..u shld try these items: wanton mee, char kway teow, yong tau foo, nyonya food.. and many more..but all these items are piority :D Oh, and if u wan dessert too..u MUST EAT their Chendol and ICE KACANG xD

AHH!! i'm really excited to go to korea tmr..but haven't packed my luggage yet..but nvm..i still have the whole afternoon tmr to pack it..in the mean time..i'll b playin pet society now...If u ever wanna contact me while i'm away for the whole wk till 13th dec, jus sms me..coz i'll b bringing my h.p. :D Nites xD
