Beautiful Disaster

Hello everyone!!! Haha...must be wondering why i didn't blog for the past 2 or 3 days rite? Well, yesterday i attended this choir workshop which is held at broadrick sec school. Besides my school, there were two other schools involved as well as a professional choir called vox. The other two schools were St.Hilda sec and Broadrick sec....and guess what? i made friends!!! hAHA:) we had an ice breaker session for a while before proceeding to more rehearsals and then we played choir games[ i noe it sounds a little funny, but then we're in a choir workshop, so..it's called choir games]. Okay, this choir games actually made me get to know more people and it was really exciting and fun being able to mix with different people of diff schools...haha:) We talked about many things lah...[won't go into greater detail] but then it was a fun and enjoyable experience for me, though i had to be there for about 12 hrs...

Time passes really really fast and at last it was time for us to perform for the "audiences"[some of the parents who were there to watch the choir girls]. Well, it's also cool that all the choirs combine together to perform for them...[i guess we never really get a chance to combine with other choirs like that..]. Then, my choir peformed the song, badai, which is really one of my fav songs that i've ever sung so far and thank god for helping melissa[my choir president] to conduct so well in front of the audience though she might be feeling a little nervous...but i still think that she did a perfect job and i would like to congratulate her for that...Congrats melissa!!!:)

Well, though it may be a tiring day for me yesterday, but i'm still glad that all the effort that everybody put in wasn't wasted and at least we had enjoyed ourselves yesterday...how i wish there would be these kind of workshops again so that i could make more friends out there...although things did not really turn out gd after we completed the workshop and on our way back[shall not disclose anything cause it's a sensitive topic], but then i would still like to say that we should still perservere on and not think about the past, instead, we should look towards the future and forget about any unhappy experiences...here i would like to wish everyone a happy holiday and i hope that everyday would be fun and enjoyable!!!:)
